| New Energy New York is a consortium of over 40 New York energy-related technology organizations convened to expand and promote energy technology excellence in New York State. The Energy & Environmental Technology Applications Center's (E2TAC) Pradeep Haldar has spearheaded the development of New Energy New York, and is currently named Executive Director of the group. |

| Tech Valley Energy Forum |
| New York State capital region's Tech Valley was established more than five years ago to attract and promote high technology businesses into the region. Tech Valley is a 17-county region of upstate New York centered in Albany, the state capital, and spreading north to the Canadian border, west to the Mohawk Valley, south to Dutchess County and east to the Massachusetts state line. E2TAC is a proud member of more than 1,000 high-tech companies that boost New York's economy by employing over 50,000 people and pumping $5 billion into the region. |

| NY + Energy |
| NY + Energy is an initiative consisting of organizations that have joined forces to promote New York's energy industry. The group is designed to promote the awareness of the advantages of starting, growing and building energy-related companies in New York State. Several organizations have participated in NY + Energy by partnering in PowerGen International and other major industry trade shows. Its goal is to bring New York's energy companies together to brand New York as the hot spot for energy-related industries. |

| New Energy Symposium |
| The mission of the symposium is to unite energy technology organizations for purposes of pursuing common technology initiatives, to promote New York State as a center for new energy technologies and to expand economic development opportunities and place New York State as an important focus of energy development in the nation. |

| National Institute for Sustainable Energy |
| Through NISE, personnel from EYP and E2TAC will collaborate to convert zero energy concepts and innovations into actual business opportunities and revenue-generating initiatives in established markets. In addition, programs in education, workforce training and development, and public policy will be established, and the two organizations will work jointly in development of an Alternate Energy Test Farm at the Albany Nanotech Complex. |

| Solar Initiative of New York |
| To assist in raising awareness of the role of PV in New York and to obtain views and insights of key stakeholders, E2TAC, in partnership with the New York Solar Energy Industries Association, created the Solar Initiative of New York (SINY). SINY organizes forums and workshops to identify and address patterns and opportunities within the solar industry. |

| The New York Fuel Cell Network |
| The New York Fuel Cell Network is committed to the development of the fuel cell industry within New York State. The network will operate as a coalition to guide, recommend and suggest R&D priorities; establish supplier networks across the entire industry value chain; and solicit funding from federal and state sources. |
